Coordinate several customer processes (contract compliance and negotiations, sales support, transportation and disposal scheduling, commercial billing, and waste sample approvals) utilizing 30+ employees.

Key Results:

  • Established efficient, productive departments by developing extensive training programs and increasing employee retention ratios.
  • Chosen by Waste Management (parent company) to participate on a corporate sponsored process improvement team.  Appointed implementation team leader and recognized for the successful implementation of the team's cross-functional recommendations.
  • Designed two contract systems in partnership with an IBM consuting team and championed a $22 million dollar scheduling system which significantly impacted the long term direction of the company.
  • Chaired weekly national issue resolution conference call to establish measurables, review customer feedback, and resolve employee concerns.
  • Granted signature authority for commercial terms and conditions contracts and for standard waste management decisions.
