- Relocated school from a 7000 sq ft lease facility to a 10 acre, 17,000 sq ft facility owned by the school.
- Negotiated with city and county officials regarding building codes, traffic issues, fire codes, and draining issues.
- Managed all fundraising activities for the school. Transferred fundraising revenue from operating expense to capital reserve.
- Secured private donations to establish a scholarship program.
