Coordinated analytical projects in excess of $1. million in expenditures for DuPont remediation investigations and plant operating issues on the east coast.

• Developed analytical project specifications incuding EPA methods and reporting limits.  Selected the appropriate laboratory, negotiate pricing, and monitor contractor performance.
• Communicated project needs and resolved issues with sampling crew, project team, and labs.
• Issued purchase orders, release numbers, and approve job charges and invoice payments.
• Coordinated reporting tasks including QC review, mapping, and statistical review
• Managed 15 person production department responsible for reporting creation, editing, and document management.
• Realized 40% improvement in production performance goals improving customer satisfaction.
